CAVING Saint Joseph as the Stalactite rock formation depicts the form of the statue of St. Joseph. Approximated 250 million years old. Also, our local people have been gathering the edible nest found inside this cave. Lobster Cave- An abundance of this specie has given livelihood to our fishermen. Though our environmental advocacy is to prevent this endangered species. North Cave- as its orientation dictates its name. The presence of edible bird’s nests and swallow bird (also called swiftlets) Bat Cave- It’s said to be about 250 million years. If you notice on the ceiling of the cave you will experience water drippings’ from its rock formation. ‘’columns’’- the inter- phasing of Stalagmite and Stalactite rocks. Secret Cave- Due to the caves small opening it’s rarely seen most especially, during high-tide. SNORKELING OCTAGON PIER FRONT BEACH AREA SERENA BAR NIRVANA WEST BEACH LOPEZ REEF- Off shore reef northwest of Apulit. WATERS SPORT Windsurf Hobie cat ISLAND VISIT ISLA BLANCA- Has a stretch of whitens sand with 50- meters in length with a modest corals reef. PAVILLION ISLAND – a small trail is accessible to reach the small lagoon, wherein swimming is allowed. In the mouth of the cave, snorkelling is good. SUNRISES // SUNSET Kayaking or banca cruise can be arranged, weather-permitting *Note: Activities are subject to weather and tidal conditions and may change without prior notice. Our Guest Activity Coordinators will recommend ideal activities during your stay   OTHER CHARGES: Conservation Fee - All visitors to El Nido and Taytay, 12 years old and above, are required to pay a Conservation Fee of PhP 200.00 per person per visit. Fees collected will be used for the management, maintenance and administration of the El Nido-Taytay Protected Area and may be settled at the resort. REMINDERS: Php2,000 per night DEPOSIT UPON CHECK-IN - Guests are required to make a deposit of Php2,000 per night upon check-in to cover incidentals at the resort. Unused amount shall be returned upon check-out ELECTRONIC KEYCARDS AND SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX IN ALL GUEST ROOMS - Apulit Island Resort is using Electronic keycard door locks for each guest room. In addition, the Safety Deposit Boxes are also available in all guest rooms. FLIGHT DETAILS: Access to El Nido and Taytay is from Manila via chartered flight from Island Transvoyager Inc. (ITI). The regular aircraft used is a 19-seater Dornier with a flight time of approximately 75 minutes. Applicable surcharge includes terminal fee, use of private passenger lounge with complimentary refreshments, insurance fee, aviation fee, and fuel surcharge.     MANILA-TAYTAY TAYTAY-MANIL ETD ETA ETD ETA 1130H 1245H 1300H 1415H AIR & FLIGHT SCHEDULE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE           ACCOMMODATIONS: Apulit Island Resort has 50 cottages that combine traditional Filipino architectural style with contemporary design. The cottages are built on stilts, perched above the sea with an unobstructed view of Palawan’s azure Taytay Bay, surrounding islands, and dramatic limestone cliffs. There are 30 Water Cottages built around the main cove of the island. Each Water Cottage has a 26sqm floor area and can accommodate a maximum of two persons. Twenty Loft Water Cottages, built in two clusters of ten, are located on the western cove. Each two-level Loft Water Cottages has direct access to the sea from its private veranda. It has a total floor area of 60sqm and fits four persons. Water Cottage Water Cottages are ideal for couples where Double Bed or Twin Beds may be set-up. Each of Apulit’s 30 Water Cottages are built on stilts with a private verandah overlooking the bay. Loft Water Cottage The Loft Water Cottage room has a loft and a staircase that can give you direct access to the water underneath the rooms.
