AMANPULO, A private island,
where sea and sky meet as one, where velvet white sand is
caressed by the lap of crystal water, where palms bow to
vermillion bougainvillea in tropically kissed vegetation, where
nature’s hand streaks the sun’s iridescences on its unbridled
canvas, where night skies are admired beside the crackle of a

embraces its island host. This place is Amanpulo, in the
Philippines, a realiZation of a dream.
Amanpulo is located on its own
private island of Pamalican, in the Philippine province of
Palawan. The 90 hectare island is surrounded by white-sand
beaches and seven square kilometres of coral reef.
VILLAS FOR RENT
Amanpulo offers two villas for rent. Villa guests have access to
all Amanpulo facilities and services.
NATURE VILLA
This 4,140sqm Nature Villa includes nine freestanding pavilions
interspersed within a garden setting just a few metres from the
sea. It includes four-bedroom pavilions, a separate living room,
kitchen, dining room and staff quarters.
WEST VILLA
Set within a 5.6 hectare complex stretching from the hillside
down to the sea, the West Villa comprises four bedroom casitas,
a kitchen, dining pavilion and a private beach club.
VILLAS FOR PURCHASE
Amanpulo also offers villas for purchase. The villas will be
designed in the architectural style of the resort. Owners can
work with the architect, however, to shape a home that suits
their lifestyle. Once a design is agreed upon, Amanpulo will
oversee everything from building permits to construction. Each
villa is about 5,000sq m, embracing nine freestanding pavilions
within a garden setting by the sea. Owners enjoy a beach
frontage of no less than 50sq m.
SOUTH-EAST VILLAS
Construction has begun for the first seven villas at Amanpulo.
The South-east Villas, situated at one of the best locations on
the island, are excellent holiday homes which provide the modern
conveniences of a luxurious resort accommodation amidst the
natural beauty of a pristine and tranquil tropical island.
Amanpulo shall provide villa management and maintenance
services, and each villa will be individually staffed under the
supervision of the Resort Manager.
Villa owners and their guests have unfettered access to the
facilities of the resort and have the option, at the times they
are not utilising the villa, of including it in a rental
programme under the auspices of the resort.
Although Pamalican has sufficient land available, given the
sensitive ecological balance of the island, Amanresorts is
waiting to assess the impact of any additional development of
the island infrastructure prior to releasing additional villas.
